Deafening Silence

Hmmmm this year’s raya was ok just like the previous years…nothing exciting..but something meaningful came that i got know my family tree. Im sure everybody have their own….so here it goes..

My great grandfather’s grandfarther worked as an advisor to the Sultanate of Pattani..He had 4 sons. Originally he was from Arab but not sure which part. His parents and ancestors had settled down in Acheh. He carried ‘Syed Al-Sagoff’ title. One day, he retired from his job and asked his 4 sons to settle down in Acheh, Kelantan, Terengganu & Pahang. Before the 4 sons left, he made them swear not to use the title Syed al Sagoff for his next generation as he foresee some circumstances if his generation to use the title.

one of the sons came to Pahang and thats how Im here today hahahah…I cant imagine if my name is "Syed Johan Khalidi Al-Sagoff" …Sigh!!!

but i guess that explain why im a hairy person though hahahha

hmm this menu i created while im hungry waiting for buka puasa…it is suitable to serve during tea time with coffee / tea..

Ingredients:

1 french loaf

slices of pepperoni

kraft cheese / mozarella

slices of prickles

parsley

tabassco sauce

Method:

1)cut the french loaf into few slices, (depends on how much u want to eat)

2)put some pepperoni followed by some parsley on the slices of french loaf

3)topped with cheese and a slice of prickles

4) put it into an oven for about 1 minute..wait till the cheese melt and the bread turned brownish

once done, take it out, add 3 drops of tabasco sauce, and put it into your mouth…
